Needs

We can not save these dogs without your help! Many times a dog will need medication,
surgery, or training coming out of the shelter. Our rescue is always in constant need!
Help support these dogs through the process by donating, sponsoring
a dog, or giving a monthly donation.

Needed:

*food-no soy, wheat, animal by-products
*collars/leashes
*beds/blankets/towels
*donations for vet bills/medication
*donations for training
*donations to help this rescue continue to save lives!

Please shop through IGIVE to help support The Mutt Scouts

We visit the shelters regularly to "scout" for dogs that might not have the easiest time being adopted. We nurse them back to health and get them ready to become an adoptable friend for someone. We also "scout" the dogs on the Euth List, which means the
dog could be killed at any moment. This is not easy by any means, seeing these dogs beg and hope that today it will be their day of freedom. We do what we can and more often than not do more. We give everything of ourselves and our pocket book to get these dogs what they need. We are in the process of going Non-Profit so we can hopefully receive more money to help more dogs. We truly believe everyone deserves a second chance.

Thank you for helping us to keep saving lives! Every Donation counts!

We are so appreciative of the support you have given us! Rescuing , giving hope and a new life to these little ones would not be possible without your donations and support!

At one of her many vet visits...just look at that face!!
In this next photo you can see her back legs- she has luxating patella- and her knees are locked in place making it very difficult for her to walk(you can also see her genuine excitment over humans!!)
Sally....
needs surgery- we've raised some money for her many problems and we are so close but the biggest surgery is ahead and then she will be ready for her permanent home!
Sally was rescued from the city shelter where she was about to be euthanized. She needed extensive surgeries in both ears, had to have a tumor removed and had to be treated for mange...these things alone cost our rescue thousands of dollars- thankfully we got help from very kind people! She still needs surgery on both her back legs. Any amount will help!!!
Sally is the sweetest dog in the world! Every time she see someone she acts like that person is the person she has been waiting for her whole life...smiling, wiggling, rolling around, inching up as close as she can get.
Here are some photos of her in the shelter when we met her!
We knew she had ALOT of medical issues BUT how could we leave this sweet pumpkin head to die! We just could not!!..
